Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and participation in trips operated by Lanakila Cruise. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Booking & Payment
- A booking is confirmed upon payment of a deposit.
- The remaining balance must be paid before departure.
- Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation.
2. Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be requested in writing.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations until 60 days before to departure may result in partial or full loss of payment.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
3. Refund Policy & Exceptional Situations
In the event that a trip cannot operate due to severe weather conditions, unsafe sea conditions, or official restrictions from port authorities, guests will be entitled to a full refund.
If conditions allow the trip to proceed with modifications (such as changes to the itinerary or route), no refunds will be provided, as the experience will still be delivered in a safe and adjusted manner.
In some cases, we may offer alternative dates or rescheduling options, subject to availability.
4. Itinerary Changes
The itinerary may be modified at any time due to weather, safety, operational conditions, or decisions made by the captain. No refunds will be issued for itinerary changes.
5. Shared Trips
This is a shared trip. Guests will share the boat with other travelers. The vessel used may vary depending on the number of guests or operational requirements.
6. Cabin Allocation & Changes
Cabin assignments are subject to availability and operational needs. Lanakila Cruise reserves the right to change cabin allocation or provide a similar alternative if necessary.
In rare cases (maintenance or operational issues), the vessel may be substituted with a similar standard boat.
7. Guest Responsibility
- Guests must follow crew instructions at all times.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
- Any damages caused may be charged accordingly.
8. Guest Behavior
Lanakila Cruise reserves the right to refuse boarding or remove any guest whose behavior is considered unsafe, disruptive, or harmful to others.
In such cases, no refund will be provided.
9. Health & Fitness
Guests must ensure they are physically fit to participate in the trip. Any medical conditions must be disclosed prior to departure.
10. Limitation of Liability
Lanakila Cruise is not liable for any injury, loss, delay, or damage caused by events beyond our control, including weather, natural events, or third-party services.
11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or sea conditions.
12. Pricing & Inclusions
Prices include services as specified. Additional costs such as park fees, flights, or personal expenses are not included unless stated otherwise.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of these changes.
